Win Climate
Creative directed and led copy for successful campaign with climate think tank Switchbox (fka Win Climate) to help pass the NY HEAT Act and get oil and gas interests out of New York state law. Worked with designers, data scientists, policy experts, and activists to rapidly develop, test, and scale social ads, building a grassroots groundswell of citizen engagement ahead of a key vote in the NY State Legislature. We applied a variety of different design and messaging strategies, creating Shut The Fossils Up, to land winning ads (see: cute lil Billy above) that helped deliver a big victory for climate justice in New York.
